By accessing this Website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms and represent you are at least 18 years of age.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms apply to all visitors and clients. For formal coaching engagements, if a conflict arises between these Website Terms and a signed Master Coaching Agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail for that specific engagement.
ARC INSIGHTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing to ARC Insights, you agree to receive professional transmissions. You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription service at our discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ARC philosophy, approach, and all associated proprietary materials are the intellectual property of Anita Sisodia and My Leadership ARC.
Usage: Your purchase of a Service is for your personal, individual use only.
Restrictions: You may not replicate, redistribute, or commercially exploit the ARC approach, session content, or proprietary materials without express written consent.
SESSION RECORDINGS
My Leadership ARC does not record sessions. Clients may record sessions for personal review only with prior verbal consent at the start of the session. The Client assumes all responsibility for the security and privacy of any such recordings.
COACHING DISCLAIMER
Coaching is a collaborative partnership, not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. You are solely responsible for your own preparation, implementation, and results.
USER FEEDBACK & TESTIMONIALS
Feedback provided via email or other communication may be used for internal service improvements. We will not use your likeness or specific feedback for external marketing without your express consent via a separate Testimonial Release.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANITA SISODIA OR MY LEADERSHIP ARC BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Client shall indemnify and hold Anita Sisodia and My Leadership ARC harmless from all losses, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation in Los Angeles County, CA. If litigation is required, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees.
