By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

For clients in the EEA/UK, we process data based on: Consent (for subscriptions), Contractual Necessity (to deliver coaching and discovery calls), and Legal Compliance (tax/accounting records).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information provided voluntarily or gathered through publicly available professional research:

  • Identity & Inquiry Data: Name, email, phone number, organization, professional URLs, and stated leadership goals.

  • Billing Data: Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store financial accounts or credit card numbers.

  • Engagement Records: High-level breakthrough and progress notes, retained in secure digital format for two (2) years post-engagement.

  • Technical Data: Automatically collected IP addresses and engagement timestamps.

  • Sensitive Data: We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs or health data).

DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers (sub-processors) necessary to operate our business, including:

  • Payment Processors: For secure billing and transactions.

  • Email Service Providers: For managing "ARC Insights" and client communications.

  • Collaboration Platforms: Video conferencing and cloud storage providers for service delivery.

  • Professional Advisors: When required for legal, tax, or audit compliance.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process your data only for professional purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To manage sessions, track progress, and ensure continuity.

  • Communication: To respond to inquiries and manage your ARC Insights subscription.  You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link.

  • Legal Compliance: To maintain financial and tax records for seven (7) years as required by law.  We retain only transaction confirmations and general location data for tax and audit compliance.

SESSION PLATFORMS & RECORDINGS

We utilize secure third-party video conferencing and collaboration platforms to conduct our engagement.

  • Responsibility: Clients are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of the third-party platforms used.

  • No Recording Policy: We do not record, store, or host video or audio recordings of sessions.

  • Client Recordings: Any client-initiated recordings are the sole responsibility of the client for security, privacy, and eventual deletion.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

My Leadership ARC is registered in California, USA. If you are located outside of the US, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States. We implement safeguards to ensure your data remains protected pursuant to the requirements of the GDPR and global privacy laws.

COOKIES & "DO NOT TRACK"

Our website uses cookies to improve functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. In accordance with California law, we disclose that we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

YOUR GLOBAL RIGHTS

Under California (CCPA/CPRA) and Global (GDPR) laws, you have the right to:

  • Access & Rectification: Request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Our website and services are directed to adults (18+). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information immediately.
