Meet Anita

The work I do comes from both sides of leadership.

For fifteen years, I worked inside complex corporate environments, partnering with senior leaders as organizations scaled, responsibilities expanded, and the stakes became more complex. I eventually stepped into a global leadership role spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC.

That experience gave me something I could not have learned from a leadership framework alone. I saw leadership transitions unfold in real time.

I saw decisions that looked straightforward from the outside become complicated once the person making them was carrying the weight of the role. I saw confidence that looked certain in the room while something else was happening underneath. I saw how quickly the way someone had always led could become insufficient for what the role was now asking of them.

One pattern held steady no matter the market or the culture surrounding it. Clarity preceded execution. Identity preceded strategy.

The other side that shaped me was personal.

I have moved seventeen times across three continents, seven of them internationally.

Every move required some combination of adapting, rebuilding, letting go, and beginning again. Not every move gave me the luxury of pausing. But each one taught me to reflect, unlearn, relearn, and adapt.

Some of what shaped me most came through experiences I could not plan for. Losing family changed me. It was hard then, and it is still hard. It changed how I see time, relationships, work, success, and what I choose to give my energy to. It also left me with something I could not have learned any other way - how to live with what cannot be changed, to carry what cannot be resolved, and still find a way forward.
